Music

Before I began twisting balloons, I was playing guitar and keyboards.
My sense of music was an important factor in my early success with balloons- as were my nimble fingers.
Think of it like this: Music deals with pitch, timbre, and time; balloon sculpture deals with colour, texture, and space; both require manual dexterity.

Music has remained an important part of my creative life. I have added Bossa Nova and flamenco flavours to my repertoire, and I have finally learned to sing!
