I did not invent the idea of performing with ballloons on stage- and I was certainly not the first to entertain using balloons;
Mimes have struggled against apparently immovable balloons, magicians have stuck needles through them, physical comedians have climbed inside giant balloons....
But in each of these cases, the balloon was a novelty element, a side-dish; In my hands, balloons become a full seven course meal!
I have developed balloon-based music, magic, manipulations, juggling, comedy, performance art,
costumes and set elements. This enables me to create and perform a balloon act that has the feel of a variety show.
My delivery is characterized by a way with words inherited from my Irish parents; call it verbal dexterity, "The gift of the Gab", or just say i am full of hot air- My public speaking skills are part of what makes the act fly!
